Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, and Fennel-Chive Oil

I like to make this dish with ravioli, farfalle (bowtie) pasta, or wide pappardelle noodles, but it would work with any type of pasta you have in your freezer or cupboard.
If you are using very juicy tomatoes, cut them in half and squeeze out some of the seeds. Don’t squeeze out all the seeds, though, or you will lose a lot of lovely flavor. You just want to eliminate some of the juice. If you have an abundance of cherry tomatoes, use them instead and simply cut them in half.
